Earlier this year, my family announced that we are adopting from India! We are almost done with the first big milestone - the home study. A home study is the state's approval of you as adoptive parents, and it includes background checks, health clearances, psychological evaluations, home visits, employ verification, hours of education, and more. It's taken about four months for us to get everything together. During this time, we also needed to raise funds to get this process

This is Britnee and her family. They needed some updated photos after having their littlest one join the family more than a year prior. That's what I'm here for!

Porch sessions are perfect for a situation like this. They didn't need tons of photos. It was only two siblings, at their home, taking a few minutes of time so everyone could get back to homework and chores and activities and dinner.
